Summer Hill Terrace: House Auction

While it is always sad to see our clients move out, we are excited to see our Summer Hill project fully completed as it goes to auction. This is especially the case considering it has almost been 15 years since PWA were first engaged to develop an initial concept for the Victorian terrace.

Designed for a growing family, this renovation expanded the house to the rear and restored the Victorian facade. Since initial construction, the clients have landscaped  the rear yard and transformed a mound of clay into a garden retreat. Only recently have initial concepts for the front garden and driveway been realised.
