The construction process has commenced for our Dulwich Hill project. The original federation era house contained a poorly constructed rear fibro addition, which provided poor access to the landscaped yard. The removal of this structure will make way for a new light filled living, kitchen and dining spaces and bathroom retreat which has a strong physical and visual connection to the garden. Although being in a Heritage Conservation Area, the new design maintains a contemporary feel through its open plan and high ceilings, which maximise the light and open quality of the spaces.
