The house is representative of some unique architectural characters of the Arts and Crafts style, with a distance view to North Sydney. However, its external timber elements and face brickworks have deteriorated overtime, and a traditionally planned interior space separates the main dwelling from the large back garden.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping the original fabric intact, a pavilion style rear addition is proposed. The contemporary kitchen living dining area is celebrated via heightened ceiling and an open plan arrangement. To its side, a new master bedroom with ensuite also provides private access from the carport.
