Enmore Cottage: Nearing Completion<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Six months into construction and our Enmore cottage now has a two storey addition to the rear and a dormer window facing the street. This new attic bedroom was inserted into the roof of the existing cottage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Internal walls and ceilings are in the process of being clad and painted. With the kitchen and bathroom joinery underway next week, we can’t wait to see how the interior will turn out. Stay tuned for more updates on the indoor living areas!<\/span><\/p>\n

      Demolition is officially underway for alterations and additions to a single storey cottage in Enmore.<\/p>\n

      The narrow street and lack of rear lane access means all demolition material needs to be brought out by hand. The concrete slab from the previous renovation has been \u201cpainstakingly\u201d cut up for easy removal.<\/p>\n

      The renovation will extend from boundary to boundary at the rear allowing for an open plan Kitchen Living Dining area. A second storey addition will include extra bedrooms and bathroom for the young family of 5 while maintaining a single storey appearance from the street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
