Heritage Charm in Haberfield: Construction Progresses

It’s almost there!
The living room’s gently curved ceiling will soon glow, casting a soft, atmospheric light. The smooth headspace will diffuse light with ease. Built-in joinery, like the bedroom wardrobe, is in place. Outside, the space is taking form too. A veranda wraps around the house, where you can imagine sipping coffee as white wisteria sways in the breeze.
Taking shape
With the roof in place, you can truly appreciate the impressive space created both inside and out. We’re eagerly anticipating the construction of the wrap-around verandah, which will beautifully complete the structure.
Getting there
The timber structure is now in place on the portal frame, starting to shape the skeleton of the house. The new tile roof has been installed, and we’re looking forward to the next exciting phase of progress.
Exciting Progress on Site
It was an exciting day as the three steel portal frames arrived on-site and were carefully craned into position. You can now see the emerging form of the new addition taking shape!
Demolition is underway!
The demolition phase has begun, with the house stripped back to its original structure. All rear additions, constructed in the 1960s, have been removed. To our delight, we discovered the original, exquisite ceiling hidden beneath the plasterboard from the ’60s!
