Centennial Park Garden Sanctuary: Construction Underway

No longer just a sandbox! Much has changed the construction site at Centennial Park as brick is rendered and framing is clad. Scaffolding still stands as the final touches to the exterior take place. It won’t be long now till the scaffolding is gone and the landscaping can start.

The interiors are coming together as raw bricks are finished and joinery is installed. The outlook from upstairs is borrowed from neighbouring greenery. Soon this will be enhanced by our own terraced garden beds!

We are excited to see the site at Centennial Park transform as construction begins. Trees have been removed for the demolition of the existing garage. The builder has also started boring the very few of the 49 contiguous piles on site. Each pile is 7 metres deep.
